Jim served his country honorably as a US Marine during the Vietnam War.  He continues to serve his country
and neighbors locally via numerous veteran organizations, continuing to serve those in need.  For those that do not know, the "core values" of the United States Marine Corps are "Honor, Courage, and Commitment".
